Ingredients -
2 lbs pork spareribs, in serving size portions
¾ cup vinegar
1 teaspoon ground mustard seed
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 sprigs of fresh parsley, to serve
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
1 minced garlic clove
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Preparation:
Add the vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika to the crockpot.
Brown the ribs in the oil in a skillet then put them in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook for 5 hours on low or until they are tender.
