8 chicken breasts, roughly chopped
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup lemon juice
1 stick butter
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
½ tablespoon honey
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup snow peas
½ teaspoon chili powder
Preparation:
Put the chicken pieces in the crockpot and add the lemon juice mixed with the Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, and honey.
Put the stick of butter on top and sprinkle the garlic salt and pepper over the butter.
Cover and cook on low for 10 hours or high for 6 hours, adding the vegetables forty five minutes before the end of the cooking time and stirring well.
