Ingredients -
2 ½ lbs boneless round steak, in 4 pieces
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ chopped onion
¾ cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 minced clove garlic
1 ⅓ cups water
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
¼ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
Preparation:
Mix the salt and pepper into the flour and dredge the steak with this mixture.
