Easy Glazed Pork Roast Recipe

Ingredients -

3 tablespoons brown sugar
4 lbs pork loin roast
1 teaspoon ground ginger
6 apples, cored and quartered
¼ cup apple juice
Salt and black pepper

Preparation:

Rub some salt and pepper over the pork roast and put it in a broiler pan.

Broil to get rid of excess fat and drain well.

Put the apple in the crockpot and put the pork loin on top.

Mix the apple juice, ginger, and brown sugar together and pour this mixture over the top of the pork.

Cover and cook until the roast is done. This will take 10 to 12 hours on a low setting.
