Easy Asparagus Casserole

Ingredients -

20 oz can sliced asparagus
10 oz can cream of celery soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 hard boiled eggs, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon butter
½ cup coarsely crushed crackers
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Preparation:

Drain the can of asparagus and add it to a lightly buttered crockpot.

Top it with the sliced egg.

Mix together the cheese and soup and pour the mixture into the crockpot.

Add the cracker crumbs on top of everything else, cover the slow cooker, and cook for 4 to 6 hours on low.

Serve garnished with the fresh parsley.
