Ingredients -

4 chicken breasts, no bones, or skin
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 ribs celery, chopped
4 potatoes, quartered
2 oz pack dry onion soup mix
11 oz can cream of chicken soup

Preparation:

Spray non stick cooking spray into a skillet and add the chicken.

Brown on both sides over a medium heat.

Add the carrots, potatoes, celery, and chicken to the slow cooker and pour the soup over the top.

Add the onion soup mix, cover, and cook on high for 4 hours.
