16 oz cooked spaghetti
1 pack grated mozzarella, cheddar, and sharp cheese
16 oz sour cream
For the Sauce -
1 cup beef broth
2 lbs ground beef
4 cans whole tomatoes
2 cans tomato paste
4 cans tomato sauce
2 onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
Chopped fresh basil, cilantro, sage, and oregano, to taste
Preparation:
Combine the beef broth, tomatoes, tomato paste, and tomato sauce in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Brown the herbs, onion, and garlic with the ground beef.
Add to the saucepan.
Put everything into the slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on low.
Serve over spaghetti with the sour cream and grated cheese on top as a garnish.
