Mushroom and Turkey Casserole

Ingredients -

1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 ½ cups cubed cooked turkey
3 cups water
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 tablespoons capers
Rice and green peas, to serve
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Preparation:

Add the soup and water to the crockpot and mix well.

Add everything else and stir again to combine the ingredients.

Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Serve with rice and green peas, and perhaps a sprig of fresh parsley for garnish.
