Ingredients -

4 chopped chicken breasts, no bones, or skin
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon black pepper
15 oz can pinto beans or kidney beans, drained
Handful frozen green beans
11 oz can Mexican corn or frozen corn
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
16 oz Mexican salsa
4 cups cooked rice

Preparation:

Put the salsa and chicken in the crockpot.

Add the cumin, chili, salt, pepper, and garlic.

Cover and cook for 6 hours on low. Stir in the rice, beans, and corn, cover and cook for 1 hour more or until everything is hot.
